Deploy CRW 2.11 on OCP 3.11

Login as "normal" openshift user to CRW (user, who doesn't have any special rights, like for example cluster-admin)

I have the same symptoms as upstream issue: https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/19869

Anytime I try to start workspace in CRW 2.11 on OCP 3.11, workspace fails with this error in UI:

alert:Workspace jboss-eap-bootable-7y1q1 failed to start. Failed to start the workspace jboss-eap-bootable-7y1q1, reason: Internal Server Error occurred, error time: 2021-08-27 10:46:06

Note, that when I try to create workspace with cluster-admin openshift user, the workspace startup works fine.
