      Steps to reproduce:

      • Go to dashboard and create workspace using the "NodeJS Express" default devfile
      • Go inside created workspace and run the "download dependencies" command
      • After that run the "Run the web app (debugging enabled)" command
      • Open deployed application in the preview widget (using notification)
      • Open the debug view
      • Click to the run debug button
      • Pay attention to the error notification (see attachments)

      Expected behavior:
      Debug session successfully started

      Observed behavior:
      Debug session failed to start
