This job should deploy CRW with external Postgres and Keycloak.
After installation is done, it should do basic deployment verifications:

• all resources are deployed&running
• configmap values are correct
• installation log does not contain any error
• basic product functionality checking
• This job should also delete the deployment after it is done to free the resources.
