It's needed to have deployed BitBucket server to distant public server not linked to another OCP instance, e.g. to server on AWS:
1) to check BitBucket factory flow from test OCP instance installed publicly (RHPDS, IBM Cloud, etc.);
2) this server will hold configuration of BitBucket instance for each test OCP instance made one-time manually throughout admin UI.
