Errors notifications shown during trying to invoke the python language server functions

= Autocomplete and error-highlighting issues in Python devfile workspaces Currently, error notifications appear when the user attempts to invoke the python language server functions in a workspace created from the **Python** devfile template or from the sample stack **Python Stack with Python 3.6.8 and pip 9.0.3**. Error highlighting does not work. There is currently no workaround for this issue.
