      Three builds in a row failed with:

      08:20:51 + rhpkg container-build --nowait
08:20:51 Could not execute container_build: Error getting CCache Collection

      After disabling https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp4.prod.psi.redhat.com/computer/cpt-ppc-006/ the build was able to proceed.
