Problem:
Currently, we have a problem with the "vscode-yaml" plugin on the disconnected environment. For the proper work of this plugin, we need to provide a schema in the preferences. But the problem is schemas are stored in places that cannot be accessed from the internal network (CRW airgap mode).

Probably solution:
Put a schema for the "vscode-yaml" plugin to a place accessible from the internal network
