Please allow commands to be marked 'run at startup'

      The CRW UI allows the user define custom commands that are useful in the development environment [1].

      Please consider allow commands to be annotated or otherwise marked for immediate execution when the workspace is initialized.  Possible uses:

      • The devfile author could download (curl) additional build artifacts to be used by the user.  The 'latest' version could be obtained.
      • Build artifacts could be manipulated prior to access by the developer, perhaps based on the environment.
      • Mundane tasks could be automated, freeing the developer to concentrate on fewer things.
      • Etc.  Users will find needs
