At times, users have to restart CRW components (CRW server, SSO, Postgres). 
Users choose their own mechanisms for doing this (kill pod, try 'oc rollout', etc.)

Please document a recommended way to cause a CRW restart so there is no confusion about the 'right' way to do it.
