codeready-dashboard pod crashing due to /usr/local/bin/rhel.entrypoint.sh Permission denied

       I am using index_image='registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/codeready-workspaces-operator-metadata:2.9-19 registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:78559'  to install CRW 2.9 on OCP 4.7 using jenkins jobs via OperatorHub but its failing on codeready-dashboard pod crashing due to -

      /usr/bin/container-entrypoint: line 2: /usr/local/bin/rhel.entrypoint.sh: Permission denied
 /usr/bin/container-entrypoint: line 2: exec: /usr/local/bin/rhel.entrypoint.sh: cannot execute: Permission denied
