nickboldt- Had asked to check if we can add x86 based nodes(2) from IBM cloud as Jenkins agent here - https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp4.prod.psi.redhat.com/computer/ . This will help overcome the infra issues faced when PSI/Openstack can't create x86_64 based instances which affects the crw productization process.

These x86 based nodes will be used to create arch native artifacts and run other orchestrations which do NOT require RH VPN access, as these nodes are outside RH (but inside IBM).
