After the switch to parallel testing of both member cluster of production DevSandbox, the video grabbed from test is not fluent and doesn't have any value.

Fix the video recording e.g. by:

• run tests in serial instead of parallel
• try to add '--thread 1' to the ffmpeg setting, rebuild image, use that in job and see if it helped
