Just as Che will be in operatorhub.io, so too should CRW be included in the curated list of operators available OOTB in OCP 4.x.

• All the operators in OperatorHub.io will be a part of the embedded OperatorHub till the time they work on OCP.
• This releases with OCP releases
• To submit the PR's for operators in OCP and OKD should be send to either one of the directories below
