When starting work in CRW-1709, I noticed that the devfile folders and metadata (tags, descriptions) are inconsistent. Some use RHEL, some use UBI. Some mention Maven, some don't (even for maven based projects).

Should clean that up for consistency.

Then need to let QE and Hosted teams know that tests that hardcode devfile folder names should be updated (or made agnostic)?
