Cannot install plugin from plugins list

      • CRW "2.8.0.GA @ f585 #7 :: Eclipse Che 7.28.3 @ a6b3b"

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Start workspace from any devfile and try to install any plugin from plugins list.

      There is "Unable to install plugin 'eclipse/che-machine-exec-plugin/latest'. Request addPlugin failed unexpectedly without providing any details." error notification.
