Get rid of the factory links in the plugin tests

For workspace creation in the plugin tests we commonly use factory links. The problem is that the "e2e-codeready" project where stores devfiles used for factories may be inaccessible for different environments.

So we need to rework tests for using API calls approach for workspace creation.
