Two things to do here:

• Update crds/csvs/go code in che-operator to move to v1 API, so we can eventually use OCP 4.9 (but this mean OCP 4.4/4.5 support ends)

• change dockerfile metadata to LABEL com.redhat.openshift.versions="v4.6,v4.7" to stop backporting operator-metadata builds in Brew to the appstream format (for OCP 4.4-4.5)
