= Remove globalMemoryLimit attribute in devfiles `meta.yaml`

The globalMemoryLimit field is entirely removed from devfiles `meta.yaml` to avoid some confused situations related to this field.
For now we are not using globalMemoryLimit from devfile's `meta.yaml` and we are not maintaining that information.
