      need to document the KI that external URLs don't work in 2.8, if you have an old CR with `spec.server.useInternalClusterSVCNames: false' (or unset). For 2.9, if this property is missing, it should default to `spec.server.useInternalClusterSVCNames: true`so it works better OOTB.
