A shorter & simpler version string is needed to fix in the new Dashboard's about dialog.

Since che-dev and che-parent are basically unchanging, we only really care about:

• crw version & sha
• che version & sha
• crw-server build # (jenkins job can be figured out easily -> https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp4.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/CRW_CI/job/crw-server_2.7/11 -> crw-server_2.7/11 -> #11)
