CRW 2.7 OCP metrics are not sent to telemeter

      Due to the label renaming e.g. `component` -> `app.kubernetes.io/component` - https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-operator/pull/603/files 

      service monitor will not be able to retrieve the metrics:

      PR with a fix - https://github.com/redhat-developer/codeready-workspaces-operator/pull/45

       

      This results in the fact that the CRW 2.7 metrics are not exposed from the OCP instancies to telemeter - https://telemeter-lts-dashboards.datahub.redhat.com/
