Add che-operator tests to codeready-workspaces-operator repository

Right now in codeready operator we don't have any tests to check when new bundles are created in codeready operator repo(https://github.com/redhat-developer/codeready-workspaces-operator)

Would be nice to start to translate che operator tests to codeready operator and include it in openshift CI workflow.
