When I try to debug on NodeJs Config Map, NodeJs MongoDB, quarkus and JavaSpringBoot these three workspace, it seems the debugConfigurationItem is not shown (No Config) until I upload the workspace again. Attached is the example for NodeJsMongoDb(Before and after loading the workspace again). This causes the e2e tests failure every time: the DebugView.clickOnDebugConfigurationItem “Debug (Attach) - Remote”.

This issue happens in crw2.6 deployed on Z cluster(OCP4.6 & 4.5)
