Openshift connector plugin cannot create a new java or nodejs component on Openshift 4.6

      Openshift connector plugin cannot create new component on Openshift 4.6. After image tag selection, error is thrown:

      • unable to find tag 10 for image nodejs

      • image stream java with tag latest not found

      See attached screenshots.

      Note: the plugin works correctly on Openshift 3.11.
