Seems that https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp4.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/CRW_CI/job/Releng/job/send-email-qe-build-list/8/console is broken when using it for stage image lists.

Investigate and figure out what broke, then make it work.

Have fixed part of the problem (getLatestImageTags.sh was missing the container list for stage and prod repos)... but now need to figure out how to authenticate w/ reg.stage.rh.io as a bot account that can be used in main-jenkins jobs.
