Description

When the PVC is used to maximum (oauth false, pvc-strategy common), this issue appears quite a lot. With the different setup (oauth false, pvc-strategy per-workspace or oauth on, pvc-strategy common) this issue was not reproduced. It seems that the workspace is started properly, but IDE is not loaded. Workspace startup time was less than a minute (~43 sec).
There are some warnings in browser logs and there are some ERRORs too (see full log in attachment):
