      We finally have infra available to use for OCP 4.6/Z air gap testing.

      Unfortunately it was not stable enough to do testing with 2.7, so slip to 2.8

      For 2.8, we should ensure we DO some air gap testing (proxied, offline) as we have for both x64 and Power.
