• Create workspace (bug was observed in the next: RedHatFuse, Graddle, JavaSpringBoot, JavaEapMaven)
• Open workspace
• Wait until the project is imported
• Open debug panel
• Pay attention that no preinstalled debug configs

Expected behavior
Preinstalled debug configuration is shown on the debug panel

Observed behavior
Preinstalled debug configuration is not displayed on the debug panel
