      Environment

      OCP 3.11 cluster
Codeready deployed by crwctl in proxied environment

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Install CodeReady with next properties in custom-resources:

      • nonProxyHosts: console.ocp311.crw
      • proxyPort: '3128'
      • proxyURL: 'http://10.0.148.146'

      Expected behavior:
      CodeReady installed succesfully.

      Observed behavior:
codeready pod start fails with error:
Error in custom provider, java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception while retrieving OpenId configuration from endpoint: http://keycloak.crw-crwctl-with-proxy.svc:8080/auth/realms/codeready/.well-known/openid-configuration
      while locating org.eclipse.che.multiuser.keycloak.server.OIDCInfoProvider

Deployment works as expected if useInternalClusterSVCNames property is set to `false`.
