We have users that make use of institutional root / intermediate certificates.  These users hit the issue described at [1].

The workaround described at [1](the secret) is not adequate, it carries only one certificate.  We need the functionality described by [2], for a whole bundle of certs.

Please ensure the functionality works, that users can download the source zips even when the provider is using certs with a non-public intermediate and root signer.
