Pylint is described as an essential tool for Python developers.  (Python being a dynamic language, it doesn't offer the coder a nice compiler to catch errors early.  Pylint helps with this.)

Please add pylint to our default python stack. 

Note:  The user requesting this issue has done some experimentation.  They report a nuance to be aware of: 
The user is going to want to install new packages, i.e. 'pip install somepackage'.

The package will need to be visible to pylint so it will not flag errors when evaluating the source code.  (Consider visibility for containers and directories.)
