Steps to enable new dashboard in 2.8:

update https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/codeready-workspaces/crw-jenkins/-/blob/master/jobs/CRW_CI/crw-server_2.jenkinsfile#L12 to build from 7.27.x/7.28.x branch (currently using master branch)
update https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/codeready-workspaces/crw-jenkins/-/blob/master/jobs/CRW_CI/crw-server_2.jenkinsfile#L174 to remove wsloader
update https://github.com/redhat-developer/codeready-workspaces/blob/crw-2-rhel-8/assembly/branding/product.json.template to remove unneeded variables
