CRW tagging script copies invalid CSV content to GH

      What we have today:

      What we should do instead when tagging the release:

      # run this:
containerExtract.sh registry.redhat.io/codeready-workspaces/crw-2-rhel8-operator-metadata:2.5
# copy this
/tmp/registry.redhat.io-codeready-workspaces-crw-2-rhel8-operator-metadata-2.5*/manifests/*csv* to codeready-workspaces-operator/manifests/ folder
# commit change so that the 2.5.0 tag has the correct CSV w/ digests.

      The benefit to this is that when submitting CRW 2.y to OSD add-on flow, we have all the digests needed, rather than the tags from which the digests are generated in OSBS via digest pinning.
