Synchronize Che-server docker image upstream-downstream work
At this point, we have several places where we introduce change for che-server docker image. That is:
- https://github.com/eclipse/che/tree/master/dockerfiles/che
- https://github.com/redhat-developer/codeready-workspaces/blob/master/Dockerfile
Looks like today they are not in sync.
The goal of this task to facilitate the work of "deploy", "productization" and "che-platform" to find:
- Single point of truth. Where the code should be located
- Procedure for adding changes
- Code owners
