Deploy CRW 2.5 on an OCP 4.6.1. Switch off the oAuth.

Run the load tests so the multiple workspaces will be started at once.

During the load testing CRW, some of the workspaces were not started with the message saying route already exists or secret already exists. Once also deployments.apps already exists. The issue is affecting ~1% of workspaces started.

Server logs

I'll verify that issue once more on a new clean cluster.
