When an end-user creates a new workspace, he should be able to specify a set of custom annotations for the project/namespace associated to his workspace.

This RFE encompasses https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CRW-1212, since it would allow to implement custom node-selector, but also and taint toleration (and others) on a per-user basis.
