      The problem: crwctl for 2.4.0.ER/RC https://codeready-workspaces-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/job/crwctl_2.4/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/codeready-workspaces-chectl/dist/channels/quay/codeready-workspaces-2.4.0-CI-crwctl-linux-x64.tar.gz is now linked to registry.redhat.io repo, and it's impossible to setup image content source policy on OCP 3.11 to mirror the images to quay.io/crw repo.
