Environment: OCP 4.5 cluster (according to CI results also actual for 4.4 and 3.11) CodeReady installed by operator-hub (according to CI result also actual for the crwctl installation) server image - quay.io/crw/server-rhel8@2.3-45 devfile registry - quay.io/crw/devfileregistry-rhel8@2.3-87 plugin registry - quay.io/crw/pluginregistry-rhel8@2.3-78   Steps to reproduce: Go to dashboard and run "Java EAP Maven" sample (the problem is actual for all devfiles) Go inside created workspace and wait until workspace is started In the running workspace pay attention that sample project is not downloaded   Expected behavior: Sample downloaded after workspace starting   Observed behavior: Sample is absent
