- Deploy the CRW 2.2 operator
- if logged in as administrator, on left side menu change 'adminstrator' to 'developer' to show `topology` link on left nav bar.
- Go into the topology view
- Click +Add
- Click From Git
- In the Git Repo URL field, enter https://github.com/edeandrea/summit-lab-spring-music
- Expand Show Advanced Git Options
- In the Git Reference field, enter pipeline
- In the Resources section, select Deployment Config
- In the Advanced Options section, click the word Labels and enter the label app.openshift.io/runtime=spring and hit enter
- Click Create

I'm using CRW 2.2 for the 1st time in an OCP 4.4 cluster. I deployed an app from source using the OCP UI, which applied these annotations to the DeploymentConfig

My OpenShift cluster is an RHPDS cluster deployed using the Let's Encrypt certificates. My CheCluster CR is defined in https://github.com/edeandrea/ocp-cicd-demo-apb/blob/master/roles/CodeReadyWorkspaces/objects/codeready-workspaces.yml
After the app deploys & I look at it in the topology view, the icon should have the Che icon & when I click it should load a CRW workspace using the devfile that's in the source repo. Instead I just see the plain GitHub icon that just brings me to the GitHub repo for the source.
I've tested this using the CRW 2.2 operator on an OCP 4.3 cluster as well and see the same result. This worked fine with CRW 2.1.1.
