`dependency-analytics` plugin doesn't work for python and node devfiles (only java)

      1. Create and start a workspace from any NodeJs devfile.
      2. Wait for the workspace is ready to use and install `dependency-analytics` plugin.
      3. Restart the workspace.
      4. From context  menu of package.json file click on `Dependency Analytics Report...`

    Description

      `dependency-analytics` plugin on NodeJs devfiles doesn't show analytics result and there is "npm: command not found" notification error(see screenshot).
