Keycloak proxy setting not respected in airgap env

Well, about the tests of restricted network installation, as well, as the associated compatibility with proxies (which worked on 2.1.0),
from the tests I've been able to do so far, I've not been able to validate it
There were errors with proxies that could seem like regression. But I'll have to gather sufficient information to open an issue, and give a final conclusion. 
I will keep you informed regularly and quickly, but for now I cannot say it's OK to go forward, at least on this aspect.
