Description of problem:

Users intermittently encounter a white screen after creating a workspace. The IDE fails to load even though the workspace pod is in a Running state

Workaround

• Restarting the workspace occasionally resolves the issue.
• Restarting the dashboard pods prevents the issue temporarily, but it eventually recurs.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

OCP version 4.18.31 and Red Hat OpenShift Dev Spaces version 3.24

white screen is displayed after workspace creation

Expected results:

The IDE should load successfully and be visible to the user.
