Ensure that selecting a file in the Project Explorer opens it in the Editor

      After closing all "Trust Author" dialogs, the Editor occasionally becomes unresponsive for several seconds.
      When clicking a file in the Project Explorer during this time, the file does not open.
      The file must be selected again after the Editor recovers.
