Steps to reproduce:

1. Create workspace from Java stack with "kitchensink-example" project.
2. Start the workspace and wait in the IDE that the project initialized.
3. Try to delete the project from the Project Explorer or in Terminal

Expected result:
The project deleted.

Actual result:
The project still exists in Project Explorer. All files in the project were deleted except a file in ".git" directory.
