When there is no "regular" user in OCP and kubeadmin tries to install CRW with OAuth enabled, Oauth is disabled and operator containerl logs message about how to add Identity provider to cluster:
time="2020-06-24T13:15:16Z" level=warning msg="No Openshift identity providers. Openshift oAuth was disabled. How to add identity provider read in the Help Link: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.1/authentication/understanding-identity-provider.html#identity-provider-overview_understanding-identity-provider"
This links to 4.1 documentation. Would be nice if it could point to the same version of documentation, as the cluster is.
This is a followup of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CRW-869
