Taking steps from official opensfhit documentation: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.4/operators/olm-restricted-networks.html
I'm able to perform all the steps but it seems, that the resulting catalog bundle image is somehow corrupted. So when I create CatalogSource nothing appears in OperatorHub UI.

Possible cause of this may be OCP bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1827612
