Callouts (<1>, <.> markers in code blocks with corresponding callout lists) are not supported in DITA. Per Red Hat SSG (June-December 2025 update): "Customer Content Services is no longer using callouts in documentation." Replace all callout annotations with alternative explanations: definition lists, simple sentences before/after the code block, or bulleted lists explaining the code elements. This applies to both administration-guide.adoc and user-guide.adoc.
