Fedora publishes this [handy tarball](https://src.fedoraproject.org/lookaside/rpm-specs-latest.tar.xz) which includes all the specfiles. Looks like it's generated from [make-git-checkout-seed.sh](https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/blob/main/f/roles/git/make_checkout_seed/files/make-git-checkout-seed.sh). Could we port this to CentOS and get tarballs generated for c8s and c9s on a regular schedule?
