I am logged into the pagure web ui and I am trying to file a pull request against Koji.
In order to do that I need to access the branch on the fork that I pushed the changes to. These urls give me a 403. E.g.

https://pagure.io/fork/mikem/koji/branches
https://pagure.io/fork/mikem/koji/diff/master..fix-session-mock

(not just my fork)
https://pagure.io/fork/tkopecek/koji/branches?branchname=master

otoh, I can view branches for the project itself, (i.e. https://pagure.io/koji/branches)

I did try logging out and back in again
