fedpkg stopped working for me a few days ago. Investigation showed that I don't seem to have IPv6 connectivity to pkgs.fedoraproject.com (same with ping -6 or ping6):

My ISP is Free.fr in France. I've been on IPv6 for a long time, so I know that the connectivity generally works.

I asked about IPv6 connectivity on the #fedora channel on Slack, and was told by user kfenzi that things are working for him. So this may be specific to my location or setup.
